NHG have a combined 50 years working in property and finance. We have experience in large scale developments and have held board positions in both property construction and mortgage lending institutions.
CEO and Founder
Stephen founded NHG at the beginning of 2020. He was previously the managing director of a mortgage lending company and oversaw the management of over £4bn loans. He has navigated two equity sales, employed over 200 people, and has experience in property development marketing.
Stephen oversees the management, team development, and strategic planning of NHG. He works closely with the team looking for opportunities to acquire properties. He liaises with housing associations, councils, and charities, and oversees the development and refurbishment of the properties. It’s all hands on deck at NHG, but when he gets the chance to relax on the weekend you will find him watching sports or playing football. He spends time with his children and friends and love skiing and exploring the world. He even spent a year traveling and living in a campervan.
2020, when it started. Been in property and property management. He’s owned a business, property sector. Working with charities and housing associations over the last 15 years.
Role at NHG is the responsibilties is property management, working along side charities to ensure their needs are fulfiled. He attends properties in person, hands on making sure tenants are happy and comfortable, he ensures they’re created to high spec and all groovy.
Family orientated, big family lots of brothers and sisters is one of XX. So lots of family sunday lunches and events, and birthdays. Spends time with his kids, like relaxing by the telly. He’s spiritual, and considerate and positive.
2020, when started. He started in events, and moved into property shortly after. He’s specialised in construction and planning, a keen eye for detail,
Tottenham supporter, at 6.ft8 he’s described as a gentle giant and it’s great for wiping away the cobwebs in the far corners. He loves music, and dancing (although it’s not very good), loves watching all sports, football, boxing, loves his art prints and traveling. He recently went to pulia in italy, where he swam, ate and drank.
